Steve
Miller is Managing Partner and founder of SiteLink
International and heads
the Executive Committee. Called
“America’s Toughest Lease Negotiator”, Steve has more than 25 years
experience helping corporate clients with their real estate
operations in more than 350 markets across the United States and
around the world. He has always worked on the side of the
tenant to reduce costs, improve leasehold rights, and secure the
best spaces for his tenant clients.
Steve’s clients have included the Unites States Postal Service,
24 Hour Fitness, Qwest, ConocoPhillips, Sprint, Cendant, Weight Watchers
North America, ICG Communications, iFLOOR, Telseon IP Services, and @Link Networks. Steve’s expertise in
highly-specialized facility portfolios has driven partnerships
sought after by traditional national real estate companies such as
CB Richard Ellis, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Cushman and Wakefield,
NAI, and the former Staubach and Trammell Crow Companies.
Sampath Kondam is a Partner in SiteLink International, a member of its Executive Committee, and its Executive Director, Advanced Technology. Sam has over 12 years of experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Object Oriented, Web-based, Distributed applications. Sam also has been involved in UNIX System Administration and Network Administration. He also developed automated test tools for Testing and evaluating the performance of Switching Software. Sam has significant experience as consultant/representative for international markets and offshore outsourcing. His background includes design and development of mission critical Internet applications for TRAFFIQ, E*TRADE, Fiserv, First Data, Tanning Technologies, Advertising.Com, and Florida Power & Light
Sam holds Masters in Computer Applications (University College, Kakatiya
University, Warangal, A.P, INDIA) and Bachelors in Electronics (Kakatiya
University, Warangal, A.P, INDIA).
Greg
Coleman is a Partner in SiteLink International and a member of
its Executive Committee. Greg has more than 30 years of
diversified real estate experience in executive level positions in
office and retail leasing and property management. Greg opened
Spectrum, Inc. in 1982 representing corporate clients and over the next
fifteen years he acquired or merged with seven other local, regional and
national real estate companies to form American Spectrum handling more
than 7 million square feet of commercial space. In 2000, he
acquired Coldwell Banker Moore Commercial Company to form Coldwell
Banker RESI with 16 offices nationwide.
Greg has served as President of the Northern Colorado Chapter of the
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1987, and was selected as
its “Manager of the Year” in 1990. He now sits on numerous national IREM
committees including Membership Standards and the Ethics and Discipline
Appeals Board.
In addition to management and brokerage, Greg was elected President of
the 1,200 member Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors
(DMCAR) and awarded the prestigious Realtor of the Year Award in 1998
and was recognized in “Who’s Who in Denver Real Estate”. He also
has extensive experience in real estate foreclosures, and has acted as
court-appointed receiver on more than 80 real estate projects.
A native of Colorado, Greg graduated from the University of Colorado
with a degree in Real Estate. He is a licensed Colorado Real Estate
Broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM). Greg is currently active in
ICSC.
Srinivas Maddali is a Partner in SiteLink
International. Vas has more than 12 years of experience in full
lifecycle application software development, including Financial
Information eXchange (FIX) implementation for trading systems;
specifically, Trade Order Management (TOM). Vas’s broad expertise
and experience includes certifications from Sun, Microsoft, and
Silverstream, and working as a Software Development Consultant at TD
Ameritrade developing online trading solutions and as Senior Software
Development Engineer at First Data (Fiserv ISS) involved in designing
and implementing their core trading systems.
Vas has a Master of Sciences degree in Information Technology from Regis
University, a Master of Sciences degree in Physics from Andhrea
University, India, and a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Nagarjuna
University, India
Adriane Besser is a SiteLink Consultant. Ms.
Besser has more than nine years experience handling portfolio Real
Estate for ConocoPhillips, Huntington National Bank, and First Union
Real Estate Investments. Her experience includes significant
financial work such as monitoring portfolio risk, acquisition and
disposition valuation, and compliance issues. Mrs. Besser maintained a
broadly diversified portfolio with value in excess of $100,000,000.00.
She holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from John Carroll University and has
received addition education on Commercial Construction, Real Property
and Title Insurance, and Commercial Cash Flow Analysis and Lending.
She is the President of Besser Real Estate Services, Inc.
Kim Paulsen is a SiteLink Consultant. Ms. Paulsen
has more than 15 years experience handling portfolio real estate
transactions for such companies as ConocoPhillips, Title America, North
American Title Company and Land Title Guarantee Company. At
ConocoPhillips, she was responsible for lease administration, including
acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, and government
compliance and internal standards. She successfully handled
transaction management for the commercial sale of over 600 retail sites
in 15 states.
