Steve Miller,
CEO and founder of SiteLink International, has more than
25 years experience counseling corporate clients about their real
estate needs. Steve has handled lease and purchase transactions
totaling over nine million square feet, valued in excess of
seven hundred and fifty million dollars. Steve has
negotiated thousands of leases.
At
SiteLink, Steve has been responsible for helping clients in more
than 250 markets across the United States and around the world.
He represents Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurial
privately and publicly held companies. Steve's expertise in
highly-specialized facilities has driven partnerships with some of the largest real estate companies in
the world.
Steve Miller spearheaded and designed the nation's
first comprehensive Internet Protocol commercial real estate
database for a major metropolitan market. Steve served as
the President of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association
of Realtors and was awarded the prestigious Commercial Realtor
of the Year Award in 1997. At the national level, he has lectured
for the National Association of Realtors on corporate real
estate technology issues.
His other accomplishments include serving as
Chairman of the Denver International Airport Marketing Task
Force, and receiving the President's Distinguished Service
Award and the Chairman's Award for Excellence in International
Transactions.
Prior to starting SiteLink, Steve was
president of two successful regional and national commercial
real estate firms and was responsible for growing both firms
by more than 700 percent.
Sampath
Kondam, Executive Director, Advanced Technology. Mr. Kondam
has over 8 years of experience in analysis, design, development,
testing and implementation of Object Oriented, Web-based,
Distributed applications. Mr. Kondam also has been involved in
UNIX System Administration, restoring, backing up data, and
Network Administration. He also developed automated test tools
for Testing and evaluating the performance of Switching
Software. Mr. Kondam has significant experience as
consultant/representative for international markets. His
background also includes design and development of mission
critical Internet applications for Etrade, Fiserv, and First
Data.
Mr.
Kondam holds Masters in Computer Applications (University
College, Kakatiya University, Warangal, A.P, INDIA) and
Bachelors in Electronics (Kakatiya University, Warangal, A.P,
INDIA).
Adrian M.
Besser, Senior Portfolio Manager. Ms.
Besser has more than six years experience handling portfolio
Real Estate for ConocoPhillips, Huntington National Bank, and
First Union Real Estate Investments. Her experience includes
significant financial work such as monitoring portfolio risk,
acquisition and disposition valuation, and compliance issues.
Mrs. Besser maintained a broadly diversified portfolio with
value in excess of $100,000,000.00.
She holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from John
Carroll University and has received addition education on
Commercial Construction, Real Property and Title Insurance, and
Commercial Cash Flow Analysis and Lending.
Jessie Salazar, Director of
Client Services. Ms. Salazar is a trained real estate
analyst and appraiser with more than sixteen years experience in
real estate, demographic, and site specific research on a
massive scale. She honed her skills as an analyst at Grubb &
Ellis and Consultant for the national database company, CoStar
Real Estate Information. She has provided training and
support in multi-market research to such global real estate
companies as CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, Staubach,
Grubb & Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, Chain Links, Coldwell Banker
Commercial, Encore, and NAI.
